As women traveling alone, we felt safe and welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even moving us to a quieter room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. The location is perfect for those using BWI airport, with only a short 5-minute drive. The hotel also offers free pet boarding, which was a huge plus for us. The property was clean and well-maintained, with ample parking, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. The bar downstairs was a great place to unwind and catch up on news or sports.

Additionally, the service was exceptional, from the front end attendant who helped me check in early to the staff in the dining restaurant who provided excellent room service. The amenities were also top-notch, including the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, which I enjoyed using during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the bartender to Collin the manager. the experience was excellent.
